One way we share our local harvest is with our food truck. We cook up produce from the garden and serve it in Asheville and here at the farm, along with our home-smoked barbecue and “good farmhouse foods”. Along with pulled pork, we smoke baby back ribs, steak, herbed chicken breast, even prime rib. And we’re known for our down home foods—meatloaf on homemade bread, chicken and dumplings, pimiento cheese, heirloom tomato sandwich, homemade ice cream…something new with every season.
